12.20pm--- Lunch
- 1 wedge of rockmelon
- 1 banana
- 1 Quakers Low Fat S'Mores Granola Bar
7.00pm--- Dinner
- 2 helpings of home made chicken rice with stir-fried cabbage
- 1 bowl of carrot, onion and potato soup. A.K.A ABC soup
- 1 apple
- 1 wedge of rock melon
